GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING REGISTRATION
The Institute is pleased to announce that IIIT Allahabad will host the Annual
"ALUMNI MEET 2025 (GAM 2025)"
The event is going to be arranged in a Physical mode at IIITA from 26th to 28th September 2025. We would like to invite you and your family to return to your Alma Mater to travel to the depths of your memories and relive the moments you had left behind.
1. Registration Fee Details (Deadline for registration 23/08/25 25/08/25)

The Registration fee for Alumni is Rs. 1,000/- (refundable upon attending the inauguration event at IIITA scheduled for 27th September 2025)
The Registration fee for each accompanying family member(s) is Rs. 1,000/- (+18% GST) . For children below five years, there will be no additional fee. This is non-refundable.
2. Benefits for Registered Alumni (who will attend the inauguration function on 27th September)
- Welcome Dinner on Friday, 26th September 2025.
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Gala Dinner on Saturday, 27th September 2025.
- Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday, 28th September 2025
- Accommodation at IIITA (Offered on First Come, First Serve basis) as per institute norms.
- Each registration will receive an elegant Gift Hamper.
- Recreational Activities for children.
- Sangam visit on 28th September at 6:00 AM for interested alumni.
- Free alumni card (waiver of card fee of Rs. 2,000/-)
3. Refund Policy for Already Registered Alumni
Refund of Rs. 1,000/- for each alumni registration once you attend the Inauguration Ceremony scheduled on Saturday, 27th September 2025.
4. Registration Steps
- Step 1: Register using the below register button and complete the payment. Save payment acknowledgment slip/message as an Image or PDF
- Step 2: Fill out the google form as floated in the email/Whatsapp message/Facebook group sent to you (upload above acknowledgment slip). Google Form Link
5. Transportation Facility Between Hotel & IIITA
The IIITA Buses will go from campus to hotels in two to three scheduled shifts per day and any additional transportation will be managed by Alumni themselves.
6. Accommodation Facilities for Alumni (in IIITA Campus)
The accommodation in the IIITA campus will be provided on a first come, first serve order as there is limited availability of rooms. Therefore, you are requested to register as soon as possible/before the due date otherwise you will have to arrange the accommodation on your own.
7. Alumni Guest of Honour
As part of the tradition for the Global Alumni Meet, similar to last year, for GAM 2025, the institute is inviting nominations for the prestigious title of Alumni Guest of Honor. This recognition will be awarded to alumni who have excelled in their respective fields and made significant contributions in the work area/society. The nominations are open across following categories:
Entrepreneurship, Civil Services/ Engineering Services, Academics and Corporate.

Note: You can nominate yourself or some other Alumni who you think is right candidate.
